We bridge the refugee education gap through free, high-impact classes led by student volunteers nationwide.

WHO WE ARE

Millions of displaced students face interrupted education. The Education Refuge is a national nonprofit dedicated to addressing the refugee education gap. We connect refugees and refugee centers with free, virtual classes taught by qualified students across the United States.

WHAT WE DO

Our student-led online classes teach refugees of all ages and backgrounds English conversation skills, advanced grammar, computer literacy, and job preparation skills. We design and execute curriculum that enables our students to achieve their goals, whether it be citizenship, class placement, or employment.
